I’m reaching out to see if you’re adding new affiliate partners for XXX If so, do you have 20 minutes, maybe Thursday , so I can show you how our program can help boost sales and new customer acquisition?
We are performance-based (CPA model) and there are no time commitments.
On average, our clients boost online sales 5-20% with our campaigns.
Let me know a day/time that would work for you and I can send an invite over. Alternatively, any time here works for me: https://go.addshoppers.com/c/ryan

If you don’t want me to send you more emails, don’t worry, I won’t cry (ok maybe a little bit). Just reply and let me know.

Just making sure my last email didn’t slip through. A quick 15 minute phone call would help us determine if we’re a fit and our best strategy moving forward.
Cheers,
P.S. wanted to share a few examples of the 4000+ brands we’re partnered with:

  1. Jesse Nickles says:

Ryan illegally buys mass email lists and spams the shit out of thousands of business people, emailing them again and again trying to annoy them into responding while using a fake email address @addshoppers.co) to avoid the spam penalties on their real .com homepage.

Like the total coward that he is, he also hides his LinkedIn profile from search engines

Report Ryan and his boss Jon West to the FTC and local authorities for their illegal spam and harassment

Update: months later these m***********s are still spamming the shit out of my company in direct violation of the CAN SPAM ACT

  2. Ryan Lacerda says:

    Hi Jesse,

    1) I use ZoomInfo, a legal tool thousands use to pull contact information.
    2) My emails state if you’d like me to stop messaging you then just let me know and I’ll unsubscribe you.
    3) You were emailed a total of 6 times in a 1-month period.
    4) You’ve been removed from our database and will no longer receive emails.
    5) My LinkedIn profile is not hidden from any search engines.
    6) Take care

      1. I never gave ZoomInfo my contact info, nor did I give them permission to sell my info. So their behavior is illegal too. I’ve also repeatedly removed myself from their database and if they continue to sell my info, it’s doubly illegal. Just because your partner is doing illegal things doesn’t absolve you.
      2. Your using a fake email address which violates the CAN SPAM ACT. And no, I don’t need to beg you to stop, your actions are illegal.
      3. Is that a small number? 6 times? Do you know how many emails I get when hundreds of companies do what you do?
      4. Great, I’m still leaving your profile on here and will be adding your bosses as well
      5. Yes it is

  3. Ryan Lacerda says:

    Hey Jesse,

    1. You don’t to give your info to ZoomInfo or other related tools your info for it to be legal. You can, however, request that they remove you.
You may actually have been scraped by Apollo.io, another data tool we use. You can request for them to remove your info here: https://www.apollo.io/claim/person/remove/

    2. Not sure what you mean by a fake email address. I use multiple email addresses for organization.

    3. Admittedly it’s more than we usually send, it should have only been 3. There was a mistake that resequenced you. Apologies.

    4. That’s your choice. I think most reading the comments here will see I am a real person that removed you upon request and tried to help you get your info.

5.I don’t do anything to hide my profiles. I post actively on LinkedIn although am not very active on FB or Insta.

    1. Jesse Nickles says:

You can keep pretending like you’re clueless if you want, that’s okay I will keep exposing your spam. It’s not my job to remove myself (again, and again) from illegal databases, or to ask spammers to politely stop harassing me.

Read the CAN SPAM ACT word-by-word if you want to know how you are breaking the law, again not my job…

*The vast majority of people listed in this database are just “normal” business people, therefore no negative connotation is insinuated nor should misdeeds be assumed based on existing in our business directory. Our underlying goal is exposing misdeeds and fraud, but to accomplish this we often must first identity “honest” business people. This is because of things like similar names, impersonation, copyright infringement, and other reasons. Thus, the vast majority of people in our database are not being accused of anything shady. For this reason, profiles are now “noindexed” by default until comments exist on any given profile, since many of them are unnotable.
