    It’s been a problem with some Stack Exchange communities for a decade.

    cuz some of these guys got high reputation from being the first people to post questions and answers years ago, and the new users can never generate any reputation. so the old users just down-vote them and vote to close everything.

    StackOverflow is generally the best community to use imo
