These guys are fake “investors” from Austin, Texas who contract with Newchip Accelerator to provide email spamming services. Do not believe anything they say about being rich investors ready to give your website money, it’s all a scam.

Newchip’s “CEO” Ryan Rafols claims to have launched and sold 4 different companies, but it’s lies. The guy is a conman who has never raised any rounds of capital in his own companies, and has never sold any companies…

Here is the guys at Y Combinator calling out the Newchip scam:

Now Anthony is paying SEO spammers from India to post hundreds of blog posts all over the place trying to hide their exposure!

don’t believe anything these a******s tell you

    p.s. their spam is illegal

Example email that Anthony spams to website owners–

<blockqoute>Hi! I am the founder of Garibay Ventures an investment firm based out of Austin, TX. I focus on investing and providing companies with the highest lead generation opportunities while a maintaining the best cost effective strategies. Have worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies including Mark Cuban directly for 6 years. Feel free to reach out to me chat!

I saw your company on LinkedIn and thought it would be great to connect! Seems very exciting what you’re working on and I’d like to connect to see if we are fit for an investment in your company.

My fund Garibay Ventures recently came off a raise and we are evaluating investments for the upcoming QT.

I’ve recently partnered with Newchip’s accelerator to help dig a little deeper into companies with our scout team while also offering the chance to get extra exposure to their investors(which I am apart of).

I’d like to talk to you about your fundraising goals. If you have some time to chat soon let me know and if you don’t mind prior to a call filling out this application so I can learn more about you/your company(save us both a ton of time)

    launch .newchip. com/apply-now/

Ping me if you put an application in so I can have it forwarded to my team.

    Anthony Garibay
    CEO/Founder, Garibay Ventures

what Garibay Ventures fails to mention is their bait-and-switch demanding that you join their training course “online accelerator” and pay $5000 for training lmao

They keep illegally buying more email lists and spamming thousands of websites

Apparently Anthony thinks Ryan “Andrew” Rafols is a good role model, best buddies how long is this going to last tick tock

These f*****s along with Newchip should be indicted by the feds for being fake investors, how many laws do they break??

Hucksters was right about Garibay and Newchip from the beginning!

*The vast majority of people listed in this database are just “normal” business people, therefore no negative connotation is insinuated nor should misdeeds be assumed based on existing in our business directory. Our underlying goal is exposing misdeeds and fraud, but to accomplish this we often must first identity “honest” business people. This is because of things like similar names, impersonation, copyright infringement, and other reasons. Thus, the vast majority of people in our database are not being accused of anything shady. For this reason, profiles are now “noindexed” by default until comments exist on any given profile, since many of them are unnotable.
