These m***********s will reject 99% of all claims saying “duplicate claim” or “dates do not match” or their favorite “pre-existing condition” even when you get hit by a f*****g bus

“Gross incompetence at all levels of this organization. I have been waiting since March 19, 2020, for my political evacuation claim to be finalized. Every time I call for an update, a representative says, “We are very busy. We will get to it soon.” When I spoke to a supervisor, she said the claims processors “got confused” which is why it is taking so long. She also assured me it would be escalated and should be finalized in 14 business days. You’ve got to be kidding me! I’ve had a claim pending for 90 days, and you’re saying an “expedited review” will take another 3 weeks? This company is a total sham. I’m filing a claim with the Department of Insurance to get resolution.”

After months of back-and-forth with their claims agent demanding all kinds of ridiculous paperwork (that is uncommon in developing countries), they quietly rejected my entire emergency room claim via the mail without any response to my emails. Upon further research I have discovered they changed their name over a dozen times in the past decade, and there are literally hundreds of other “victims” like me. Among some of their favorite (fraudulent) reasons for rejecting insurance claims are things like “duplicate claim” or “dates do not match” or “pre-existing condition”… even when none of these things are true whatsoever. If you have been scammed by WorldTrips, please submit a complaint to the State of Indiana’s Department of Insurance.
