She completely ripped off our entire blog post exposing Ryan Rafols fraud, including our exclusive research that Rafols was not even present on the board of directors for Campus Wire at the time the company was acquired

Shugerman claimed she had published “exclusive” reporting into Rafols, when her entire article was in fact copy and pasted from our blog post

This is what happens when nobody cares about traditional media anymore. It’s become just a way for grifters and narcissists to grab some Twitter followers, theres too many incentives to cheat and care more about your personal brand growth instead of any sort of ethics or morals. They change media outlets like w****s on a corner, just whoever pays them more or can increase their sales of whatever shitty book they are writing.

*The vast majority of people listed in this database are just “normal” business people, therefore no negative connotation is insinuated nor should misdeeds be assumed based on existing in our business directory. Our underlying goal is exposing misdeeds and fraud, but to accomplish this we often must first identity “honest” business people. This is because of things like similar names, impersonation, copyright infringement, and other reasons. Thus, the vast majority of people in our database are not being accused of anything shady. For this reason, profiles are now “noindexed” by default until comments exist on any given profile, since many of them are unnotable.
