    Michal is apparently a Polish dude living in Costa Rica but spams and harasses hundreds of US companies selling his team’s “US caliber” offshore software services trying to make it sound like they are based in Austin Texas instead of Costa Rica.

    And naturally, all this spam comes from “exsquared.email” instead of their company’s domain. Right, okay.

    They seem very transparent about outsourcing to Costa Rica. This listing doesn’t seem fair.

      The law is the law (and in this case, reasonable), Michal is blatantly violating the CAN SPAM Act while doing business primarily in the US, not to mention the other consumer fraud laws he is probably violating by lying about his company’s location

      No customer in the world wants to be lied to about who is providing them services
