Matthieu pretends to be “partners” with various city governments across the United States in order to trick business people into joining his directories under the false belief it is a government-sponsored project, but the whole thing is a scam
I called him out demanding proof that the government had asked him to email me, but he responded saying it wasn’t so (as suspected)
Guy is just another fraudster-spammer breaking various consumer protection laws
