Archil illegally buys mass email lists and then breaks the Terms of platforms like Mailchimp where he swears to not be spamming users and that all his users have opted-in

Absolute fraud – please read https://www.genesisai-investors.com/ – He defrauded small investors of around $4 million and basically shut down his company that didn’t even try to develop any product. Archil Cheishvili had no AI experience or team behind him to create what he promised. It was a one or two man shop. He and his family made millions from small investors.
Archil Cheishvili created a mass email campaign to attract small investors and fundraise for an “AI” company that does not make the product he advertised. He raised around 4 million dollars, resigned from being a CEO and basically shut the company down taking all the investor cash. These are all FACTS. While not generating any revenue for three years he decided to raise another funding round for $204 million valuation. I would not employee him at my company.

His company -GenesisAi- made no attempt to earn any revenue and deliver on the promises, he spent some of the money he raised on “marketing”, which was basically funding for his next outreach to other retail investors via mass email spam campaigns to get them to invest in his scam.
As a person who invested very early into this sham of a company based on their incredible advertisements, I learned a lot about crowdfunding and scams. Archil and his wife scammed their investors out of millions (hers was called Destiny Robotics and also got sanctioned by the SEC) to support their Miami Beach lifestyle. When a Netcapital investor named Joe Gensler and I started questioning him, Archil called us competitors, FUD’ers, liars and much worse. We were both kicked off his discord for questioning his b.s. I tried to make any connections between GenesisAI and his “advisors” from Harvard. That was a fabrication as well. I hope this charlatan gets the justice due to him. Good people lost good money to this scammer and he absolutely didn’t show one shred of remorse or accountability. He needs to be kicked out of this country or jailed.
Archil Cheishvili is an absolute fraud. He most likely is being investigated by the SEC. Archil Cheishvili’s company failed to deliver a functional product, he never even tried beyond flashy promos.
Archil leveraged Harvard pedigree and thought‑leadership articles to position himself within the “AI democratization” narrative. All he achieved was five years of capital burn with no shipping marketplace or paying customers. Evidence to date shows serious execution failures and significant governance red flags. Potential investors or partners should approach with heightened due diligence.
Essentially he is a serial fraudster.

Archil is a complete scammer. He raised around $4 million via crowdfunding. The way the scam worked was that he advertised crowdfunding campaigns to the millions of people on the email list he had somehow put together, and instead of developing an actual product, once he closed one crowdfunding round he immediately launched another, and continued this pattern until the jig was up and he abruptly shut the company down. Total fraud.
Archil Cheishvili the scammer – has now paid someone to write puff pieces about him on medium.com – that is hilarious, this scammer thinks he can hide his deeds from the internet – the internet is forever.
Archil is desperately trying to scrub the internet of articles that point to his scammy activities. We should not let him.
To reiterate, he set up a company, slapped an “AI” label on it, and used a mass email marketing campaign to attract unsophisticated investors to several crowdfunding websites. In total, he raised around $4 million from 2,000 small investors. His wife did the same but was caught by the SEC. It’s unclear why Archil has not yet been held liable for this.
