Flashback remember this a few years ago?
URGENT WARNING: Are you using the online form to book an appointment at Bangkok Immigration? You should be aware of a data breach that exposes all of your personal data such as passport number, nationality, date of birth, email, telephone number, visa expiry date etc.
The Immigration data breach is NOT a hack. All you have to do is change certain characters in the URL of your completed booking form to see data for other people. I am sure a high school student could write a simple script to mine all of this data going back years.
The Immigration data breach affects anyone who has ever used this website: http://203.151.166.132/immigrant_queue/booking to book an appointment for Immigration offices in Bangkok.
👉 UPDATE: The data breach on the appointment booking form for Immigration has already been closed. I thank them for their prompt response and apologise for contacting them publicly. The person who first contacted me about this said he failed to get any response from Immigration.
👉 UPDATE: To answer some comments. The person who sent me this information said he tried to contact Immigration but without reply. He then asked me if I could go public to encourage them to close the website. Which is what I did. I know a lot of government officials follow me. When I posted about the data breach at the vaccination website they quickly took that website down. As I write this at 5:50pm the Immigration site is still available. Several people said they have passed a message onto Immigration for me.
About the danger to data while the website is still available. I purposely didn’t say the exact method. In fact, computer geeks have told me they couldn’t replicate what I did.

Yes, THAT Chad Scira –>
Chad Scira running visa forgery and hacking operation in Thailand
American, Thai wife arrested for alleged visa-forging business, growing cannabis
