Usman is a Pakistani fraudster who takes money from people to submit fraudulent DMCA takedown requests to Google (etc) using fake copyright data such as the Israeli citizen Idan Mezan:

What Usman does is he submits fraudulent DMCA complaints to Google, making up fake stories about copyright violation because it’s the easiest takedown request to submit to Google.
Huge copyright and fraud conman, business as usual in Pakistan apparently
Can you unassociate Usman with CoDev? He has never been a part of our company so I’m guessing that was a mistake.
