But how could anyone go after EJMR without knowing who was behind it? A year earlier, a web developer named Jesse Nickles had decided to investigate the site. Nickles runs a website called Hucksters.net, where he seeks to expose “bad actors” online—spammers, scammers or anyone else causing or enabling harm via a computer. “I wanted to bring more transparency to some of the shady corners of the internet,” he says.
interesting. congrats
Bloomberg is one of the last somewhat neutral media outlets in the US. They do a surprisingly decent job at covering the Overton window

Never forget. This all started with Gregg Re.

EJMR, remember to thank Gregg Re for the extra pressure he brought down on you
who the hell is Gregg Re I dont’ care
First, he noticed that mentions of a certain Fox News employee were being deleted—a potential cover-up, he believed, of a conspiracy between figures at that media outlet, a conservative blogger and EJMR to coordinate messaging. Nickles says there were several clues that helped him uncover the administrator’s identity.
LOL
GREGG RE they were so close!!!

The following fake “journalists” have plagiarized our research and tried to take credit for our exclusive work:
*The vast majority of people listed in this database are just “normal” business people, therefore no negative connotation is insinuated nor should misdeeds be assumed based on existing in our business directory. Our underlying goal is exposing misdeeds and fraud, but to accomplish this we often must first identity “honest” business people. This is because of things like similar names, impersonation, copyright infringement, and other reasons. Thus, the vast majority of people in our database are not being accused of anything shady. For this reason, profiles are now “noindexed” by default until comments exist on any given profile, since many of them are unnotable.
