Rhonda Mettler, a manager at the BBB Southern Nevada office, was reprimanded by the IABBB (International Association of BBB) for knowingly enabling her staff, Alexis Castro Oistad, to delete our public responses to fake reviews on our company BBB profile, due to her apparent contempt for “white men” — a sentiment shared apparently with our long-time stalker, Naveed Moein (who also wrote the fake reviews, despite never being our customer, and who was apparently fired by his company, Ceramic Pro, in San Diego). The IABBB then forced Mettler to recover our public responses, and she confirmed that the fake reviews were in violation of BBB policies. However, Mettler then refused to delete the fake reviews, saying she had to “review” the situation after several months, apparently an attempt to “revenge” us for exposing her behavior. This all began after we ignored the sale phone calls from Mettler’s staff during June 2019. Prior to this opportunism, our rating was perfect 5-stars for over 7+ years (despite the LLC being dissolved way back in 2013…). The corruption and fraud and slander directed at us from the BBB Southern Nevada office should be a warning to any business who believes the BBB is an honest organization — their entire business model is similar to Yelp, and relies entirely on extorting companies with fake reviews to pay for their premium service. Knowingly publishes fake and fraudulent reviews of LittleBizzy on the Southern Nevada BBB database apparently because we refused to sign up for their premium service a few years ago. After we submitted our public replies to the fake reviews, Hugo even deleted them (a violation of Section 230 for web platforms). Nogales has refused to reply to our follow up contacts after we didn’t return his sales phone call. This is the BBB in a nutshell… Read More
Knowingly publishes fake and fraudulent reviews of LittleBizzy on the Southern Nevada BBB database (submitted by our stalker, Naveed Moein, who was never our customer) apparently because we declined to pay for their premium service, and after we did not return their recent sales phones calls in June 2019. After we submitted our public replies to the fake reviews, Alexis even deleted them (a violation of Section 230 for web platforms), making her legally liable for the disparaging material on the page. The fake reviews she published about us break the BBB’s own content guidelines as well, but apparently because Alexis has a problem with white people (a sentiment she shares with Moein, apparently) she felt the need to publish the fake and hateful reviews anyway, while preventing us from publicly responding. Her colleague, Hugo Nogales, who also works at Southern Nevada BBB, has refused to reply to our follow up contacts after we didn’t return his sales phone call. This is the BBB in a nutshell… Read More
